Add Find and Replace functionality in Sitemap Settings

Hi team,

I would like to suggest a new feature to improve the extension's data exporting capabilities.

Proposed Feature:
Add a "Find and Replace" (or Data Cleaning) rule system directly inside the Sitemap Setup/Settings section.

Why it is needed (Use cases):
This feature will allow users to format data automatically before exporting, ensuring it matches their local standards or system requirements without manual post-processing. For example:

• Number Formatting: Easily swap thousands separators (e.g., changing commas , to dots . or vice versa depending on the user's region).

• Data Cleaning: Automatically remove unwanted characters, spaces, or prefixes/suffixes that are captured during data loading.

Suggested Location:
Integrated directly into the Sitemap Configuration / Set up panel so users can apply specific rules for each scraping task.
